"Panadura Abimani 2019" Divisional Art Festial Organized by the Divisional Secretariat Panadura together with Divisional Cultural Balamandalaya, was held under the leadershipe of Mr. U D C Jayalal District Secretary, kalutara on 15-10-2019 at the town hall, Panadura. The Festival inclusive of the l lecture of Mr.Ishara Pramuditha Wickramasinghe, Assistant Lecturer, Department of Praforming Arts of The University of Kalaniya, Abhimani Excellence Awards in appreciation of artists,performances by artists and Students of Art Institutions was indeed a Spectacular sight and about 600 Participated at this event.
